Instant automatically tracks your daily activities:
- View Phone Usage History: How much time you spent on your phone & how many times you checked it
- Vuew App Usage History: How much time you spent on your application.
- View Fitness History: How much you walk, run and travel
- View Places History: Track the time you spend at places
- View Sleep Duration: Track your sleep duration
Customise
You can manage Dashboard from customize folder icon in Navigation bar.
Now integrated with Google Fit, Fitbit, S Health (Optional).
Switch dashboard in to classic view.
Report
It shows your weekly report about Phone Usage, Fitness History, Places History & Sleep time. You can share your weekly report.
You can view any of week report history from Clock icon on Navigation bar.
Weekly Report shows :
- Report shows total usage of Phone and checked in current week
- Graphically represents your Phone Usage & shows Phone Usage limit that you have preset
- Location History & time spent on place
- Shows total Walking & travelling time in this week.
- Sleep report shows that how much you sleep in this week as per the night.
Goals
Set your goals for limits for phone usage time, steps & sleep.
Steps to set goal:
Phone usage limit:
- Go to Goals
- Click on Phone usage limit
- Choose daily time in minutes
- You can turn on Notifications to get usage limit notifications
- Click on SET tab
Step count goal:
- Go to Goals
- Click on Step count goal
- Choose daily steps in Thousands
- You can turn on Notifications to get usage limit notifications
- Click on SET tab
Sleep time goal:
- Go to Goals
- Click on Step count goal
- Choose daily time in Hour
- You can turn on Notifications to get usage limit notifications
- Click on SET tab
Coach
You can ask Instant Coach about your phone time, app usage, places, sleep, walking, travel, running and steps.
You can ask for data on a certain date, week or even month! For example - "Phone time yesterday", "Sleep last week", "walking in may", "Time at awork on 23/5".
NOTE:Instant Coach only accepts english input.
Insights
-Insights shows Daily, Weekly & Monthly History with all preset goals.
-User can see the goal progress & get idea to complete.
-Insights shows all Histories of Phone Usage, Fitness, Sleep & Place.
Settings
- Sleep tracking: By disabling this mode Instant won't track your sleep data.
- Reminder notification: By disabling this mode user will not get reminder notification.
- Weekly report day: This option provide weekly report as per selected day.
- Weekkly report time: User can get weekly report according to set time.
- Disconnect from Google Fit: User can disconnect instant from Google Fit over here.
- Creat backup: This option creates backup and can export CSV file into the phone.
- Import backup: User can import backup of recore form selecting phone directory.
- Cloud backup: User can export/import backup from Google drive.
- Sleep: User can set sleeping and awaken time from here.
- Connect to Fitbit/S Health: On enable this option user can get connect to google fit/S Health and can fatch data.
